Isn’t obvious? Laziness is a key factor to this question. It in so much easier to go to one site, type a question and wait for others to do the work for you. Not to mention, that this frees up time for you to pursue other things as well.

I think sometimes a question that seems like it would be easy to search doesn’t bring up the results you want when using a search engine. I have thought about that though when i read some of the questions.
